THE RSPCA is searching for homes for more than 100 animals it seized last week.
Ninety-nine dogs and 22 cats were removed from a property near Malton, North Yorkshire on December 2.
The RSPCA has launched an investigation and a file of evidence is being produced.
The animals are being cared for at the RSPCA animal centre in York.
All the animals, apart from seven dogs, have now been signed over and the charity is looking for homes for 92 dogs and all 22 cats.
The dogs areYorkshire terriers, lurchers, German shepherds and crossbreeds. The cats are all short-haired.
Anyone who would like to offer a home to one or more of the animals is asked to contact the York Animal Centre on (01904) 654949. All potential owners will be subject to a home visit.
