NEWCASTLE surveying practice Henry Riley has appointed two quantity surveyors.
STEVEN TIGHE, 22, and BEN HARVEY, 22, have joined the practice to help with project management, quantity surveying and cost consultancy.
Mr Tighe previously worked as a technical support agent in IT problem solving and complaints management, before joining Henry Riley as he studies for a degree in quantity surveying.
Mr Harvey has joined the company after completing a degree in project management at the University of Northumbria.
Paul Nixon, partner at Henry Riley and head of the Newcastle office, said: "This year represents an important stage of the company's development. We are committed to expanding the business and building on our national reputation across the construction sectors.
"Following our success in 2003, our aim is to continue expansion by employing more staff and in doing so, increase fee income by 50 per cent in the next three years."
The company has six regional offices and a head office in London, with clients including Marks & Spencer and Barclays Bank.
