SEASONED drinkers have criticised Harrogate's International Centre for failing to sell Yorkshire beers.
It follows a pre-Christmas concert by the Brighouse and Rastrick Brass Band and the town's Gilbert and Sullivan Society.
Although a range of ales was on offer at the bar, there was not a Yorkshire brew in sight.
Now Yorkshire drinkers have complained that local brews should be at the forefront, or at least on equal footing, with their rivals at the centre.
One disappointed 35-year-old bar customer said: "We were flabbergasted that the two Ts were missing - Tetley's and Theakston's."
Catering at the centre is operated by Crown Venue Catering, where a spokesperson said there had been no requests for Yorkshire beers over the past five years.
