THE story of the Three Wise Men will be examined next week.
The curator of astronomy at the Yorkshire Museum in York, Martin Lunn, will be discussing the Star of Bethlehem in a talk on Tuesday at 7.30pm.
"I believe there are only three options available to explain the mystery," he said.
"The first is that the star is a myth or legend, the second is that it was a report of a genuine, normal astronomical event.
"The third is that it was a miracle."
