TWO unlucky children could be going without Christmas presents after they were delivered to the wrong address in Middlesbrough.

A taxi pulled up outside a house in the Easterside area of the town and delivered nine parcels that were wrapped in Winnie the Pooh paper.

When the family checked the gift tags they discovered they were for two youngsters called Ginnie and Jack.

After failing to track down the taxi firm, they contacted Cleveland Police to ask for their help to trace the owners of the presents.

Anyone with information is asked to call PC Chris Swailes on (01642) 303126.
