THE work of a group of aspiring art under-graduates will be promoted across the North-East in the New Year.
A range of contemporary paintings is featured in the display, Winds of Change, compiled by a small body of student artists from Durham. It includes industrial scenes, landscapes, and more avant-garde creations composed by members of the Durham University-based Palatinart.
The first port of call for the 2005 exhibition will be the Lamplight Arts Centre, in Stanley, County Durham.
It will be open to the public at the Front Street venue following a private viewing for guests on Saturday, January 15.
