THE Conservative party has announced its candidate to fight the next General Election in a North-East constituency.
Jamie Devlin will contest the Labour-held seat of North-West Durham, held by Government Chief Whip Hilary Armstrong.
Mr Devlin, 25, lives with his girlfriend, Alice, and works as a public sector consultant for Hedra plc.
Before joining Hedra, was an advisor to Ann Widdecombe when she was shadow home secretary.
