A MAN raised £600 for a disabled four-year-old boy by completing the Loch Ness Marathon.
Mick Robson, of St James Drive, Northallerton, completed the run in October in three hours, 47 minutes and 47 seconds.
He donated the money he raised to Joshua Peacock, also of Northallerton.
Joshua suffers from a rare form of cerebral palsy and is unable to sit, stand, eat or drink unaided. His family aim to teach him to maximise his movement and improve his vision.
The money raised will assist in the process.
Mr Robson thanked his family, friends, work colleagues, Broomfield School, Planet Dance, members of the Standard Inn Golf Society and Northallerton Rugby Club for their support and sponsorship.
