YOUNGSTERS created pretty pictures using pebbles at a workshop in Darlington yesterday.
The session was held at the town's Arts Centre, in Vane Terrace. Freelance arts education worker Bea Colley said: "The children designed a picture on a piece of card and then stuck on various shapes and sizes of pebbles and varnished them.
They really did enjoy it. They've been at home over Christmas, so it was nice for them to have something different to do."
