A CHARITY is holding recruitment days where potential applicants will fill in application forms, be inter- viewed and get a conditional job offer in just a few hours.
The Wilf Ward Family Trust runs services and schemes for adults with learning and physical disabilities in North Yorkshire.
It wants to fill a number of posts, and is in particular hoping to employ support workers.
Trust chief executive Richard Pacey said: "We want to make the recruiting pro-cess easier and we'll be doing all we can to make the process go smoothly."
The trust will hold open days at Ripon Town Hall on January 20, from 10am to 4pm; Pickering Memorial Hall, on January 24, from 9am to 6pm; Westborough Methodist Church, Scarborough, on January 28, from 10am to 6pm; and at York JobCentre, the Stonebow, on February 3, from 9am to 4.30pm.
Personnel manager Alison Meads said job offers would be conditional as references would have to be checked.
