COCKERTON Silver Band has raised more than £2,500 over Christmas for new instruments with some of the money going to the tsunami appeal.
The band's next concert is this evening at Holy Family Social Club, Darlington, at 7.30pm. Tickets can be obtained on (01325) 351583.
