TICKETS have gone on sale for the latest pantomime from the Appleton Players.
The group is preparing to stage Polly in Pantoland at the village hall in Appleton Wiske, near Northallerton, next week.
It is an original story, which sees many familiar pantomime characters tracking down the evil Winter Queen, who is threatening to disrupt pantomimes everywhere with wintry weather.
Performances take place on Thursday and Friday next week, at 7.30pm, and next Saturday, at 2pm and 7pm. Tickets are available from the village post office, priced £3.50 for Thursday and Saturday afternoon, and £4 for other performances.
