A murder inquiry has been launched after a man was stabbed to death.
Northumbria Police officers went to Rock Farm House, Rock Village, North Northumberland, at about 1.15am yesterday.
A 34-year-old man was taken to Wansbeck District General Hospital where he died of his injuries.
Police named him as Jason Howard, of Stony Stratford, near Milton Keynes.
A 29-year-old man was arrested and is helping with inquiries. An incident room has been set up.
A police spokesman said a post-mortem examination by Home Office pathologist James Sunter confirmed Mr Howard died of stab wounds.
