A theatre company looking for actors, dancers and singers holds auditions this week.
TheSpennymoor-based Dionysis Theatre Company will hold a series of workshop auditions on Saturday for its production of 42nd Street.
Company spokesman Peter Durkin said it was a youth theatre project and about 100 participants, aged from ten to 25, were needed.
Auditions will be held at Darlington Arts Centre in Vane Terrace, at 10am on Saturday, and at the Arc in Dovecot Street, Stockton, at 3pm on the same day.
Further auditions will be held at the Newcastle Theatre Royal in Grey Street, at 10am on Saturday, January 22, and at East Durham and Houghall College, Durham, at 2.30pm on the same day.
