Two cabbies were given warning letters for speeding offences at a licensing meeting in Darlington.
Councillors told Alan Bowness, 51, of Bates Avenue, and Mark Brown, 29, of Westbrook Terrace, that their taxi licences would be renewed but they would get letters warning them not to speed again.
