A TEENAGER from north Durham will join a delegation of young people calling on the Government to listen to their views.
On Tuesday, Craig McGee, 14, of Lily Gardens, in Dipton, will travel to London to be present when Minister for Children Margaret Hodge is given a report called Give us a chance - Young people's views on social issues.
The report, by the children's charity Barnado's, outlines the views of 130 young people on politics, politicians and a range of social issues, including drugs and bullying.
Craig, who is involved with the Barnardo's project Shared Care North East, in Langley Moor, has sight problems.
It has been his ambition to visit the Houses of Parliament.
The Shared Care project works with young disabled people and their families offering short break care.
