As well as offering regular consular services, such as passports, ID cards, e-government services, advice and guidance, the office will also be a vital link to commercial, educational, cultural and diplomatic activities at the French and German Embassies in London.
The initiative complements the wider ambition of the Franco-German government and the EU to provides a service that puts customers first.
