THE latest office building to be developed at Teesdale Business Park, on Teesside, is now fully let.
Westminster, a Terrace Hill building at St Mark's Court, has attracted companies including Allied Irish Bank, Terrace Hill itself and Lister Associates. Dodds Brown and Knight Frank were the agents on the project.
The Teesdale development has been a success for both Terrace Hill and Stockton as a whole, and is home to public and private sector companies including the regional DVLA office, the Inland Revenue, Tees Valley Regeneration, Barclaycard, Churchill Insurance and law firm Dickinson Dees' Tees Valley office.
Terrace Hill's next Teesdale development is Resolution, a 42,540 sq ft, four-storey building, overlooking the river and Millennium Bridge.
