STUDENT fundraisers are inviting community organisations in the Durham area to apply for small grants to help with their work.
Durham University Charities Kommittee (Duck) raises funds throughout the year through various events based in and around the university and is keen to support local causes.
Most of the grants it makes are between £250 and £500, and applications are available at www.duck.dsu.org.uk or by ringing 0191-334 1797.
The body cannot support individuals, political parties or religious bodies, although organisations such as church-run community projects could be eligible.
Completed applications forms must be received by March 15, and those successful will be notified by June.
