TWO industrial estates have changed hands for the second time in a matter of weeks.
Property fund manager Teesland has bought Cleveland Industrial Estate in Darlington, Cannon Park Industrial Estate in Middlesbrough and two properties on the Armstrong Industrial Estate, Newcastle, a total of 187,000sq ft.
Teesland bought the sites from its rival Brixton, as part of a £249m portfolio of properties across the UK.
Brixton bought the North-East sites in December as part of a £675m deal that made it the largest industrial landlord in the UK.
But it sold its acquisitions in the region to concentrate on its portfolio in the South-East
