MAZAR Khan, 35, of South Terrace, Middlesbrough, pleaded guilty on Tuesday to obtaining a £70 meal at a restaurant with someone else's cheque and bank card and obstructing a police officer in his duty last November.
He was given a one-year conditional discharge, fined £70 and ordered to pay £43 court costs.
