PLANNING chiefs yesterday gave approval for the latest phase of a £60m development.
Darlington Borough Council's planning committee granted permission for 30 homes, with access roads and garages, to be built on the West Park site, in Faverdale.
The approval for developers Bussey and Armstrong comes after major progress was made on the site.
The Faverdale development will also get a £20m mental health hospital and a new Alderman Leach primary school.
