A HEALTH trust is looking for a replacement for its chairman, who will step down next month.
David Becker, who has led Langbaurgh Primary Care Trust since it was established nearly three years ago, will retire at the end of next month.
The trust is looking for someone from the local community to take his place.
A spokesman said: "This position is one of leadership at the highest level in an important local organisation.
"The successful candidate needs to have a strong personal commitment to the NHS, live in the area served by the trust or be registered with a general practice in the area."
He or she must have led a large and successful organisation, have enthusiasm and drive, think and plan creatively, set high standards and share responsibility for results.
The annual salary will be £17,164 for three days work a week.
