PRESENT and former pupils from Hummersknott School and Language College were rewarded for their hard work at an awards ceremony last night.
The event included music from school band Black Liquor and a speech by pupil Lucy Madden, who won a recent public speaking competition in the town.
The prizes were presented by Sarah Farley, principal of Darlington College of Technology.
