VISITORS to a restored medieval town house are to get the chance to dress for the occasion this weekend.
Barley Hall, in York, was home to goldsmith William Snawsell, a lord mayor of the city, and York Archaeological Trust has returned the house to all its 15th Century glory.
Now visitors to the museum's Handy History Gallery are to get the chance to try on some of the costumes from the time.
Yesterday, museum manager Gill Page, pictured, modelled some of the outfits that will be on display this weekend.
