HARTLEPOOL UNITED will be rewarded with an FA Cup fifth round trip to Southampton if they overcome League One rivals Brentford in a replay.
Pool secured a spot in the last 16 draw after Saturday's goalless draw at Griffin Park. The sides will replay at Victoria Park on February 12, with the winners facing a trip to St Mary's a week later.
Pool have twice previously been in the fifth round draw when fourth round ties went to replays.
In 1989, the winners of the Pool v Bournemouth tie were paired with Manchester United and, in in 1955, Pool or Nottingham Forest were drawn against Newcastle. Pool lost 5-2 at Harry Redknapp's Bournemouth and 2-1 at Forest in the replays.
