School pupils have given a preview of the evening wear they plan to don for their end of term Prom.
Easington Community School was the setting for the fashion show when pupils modelled the ballgowns and tuxedoes they hope to turn out in for the Prom on June 29.
The gowns and evening suits were all from the Just Perfect boutique in Shotton Colliery.
The outfits were modelled by the school's year 11 girls and boys who showed just how glamorous they can be out of school uniform.
As well as the array of evening wear, one of the highlights of the event was an auction of the year 11 boys to find out who was the most popular male student.
The fun auction was a way for the school to raise cash for the many projects and events it holds throughout term times.
This year's fashion show was organised by Helen Rutherford, assistant learning co-ordinator of year eight and Jacqueline Morris, her equivalent for year seven.
The Prom will be held at Lumley Castle.
