CHILDREN who love a good tale joined National Storytelling Week.
The children, from Stockton, collected stories from friends, family, teachers and local personalities.
After the collection, they turned their minds to storytelling and used drawings, photographs and video to relate the tales they had learned.
All the children involved were members of an after-school Raffle Reader club, based at the Roseworth Library in the town, and have created their own adventure book, The Illusionist.
As a treat for all their hard work, professional storyteller Tony Wilson, from Tyneside, held them spellbound on Thursday at a story session.
