A real ale has been brewed to highlight an event in the calendar of Teesside beer drinkers.
The beer by Camerons has been produced to mark the Stockton Beer Festival, which returns after a four-year absence.
It is called Heaven Knows because when asked what he was going to call it, head brewer Martin Dutoy said "heaven knows".
The brew will be one of the attractions at the festival, which will be held at the Arc, in Stockton, from Thursday to Saturday.
Camra (Campaign for Real Ale) last held the festival in 2001 but, when the Arc temporarily closed due to financial problems, the festival stopped.
Music will be provided each night with The Animals, Acoustic Strawbs and Jim Diamond booked to play. Tickets cost £10 and the festival will also be open during the day. More than 40 cask ales will be available and bottled real ale will also be on sale.
Organiser Denese Powell said: "It takes a long time to organise a beer festival of this size and we were so pleased that Martin agreed to make this special beer. However, like most first-class brewers, he's being a bit cagey about the recipe."
To find out more about the festival or to buy tickets, call the Arc on (01642) 525199.
