DRINKERS at a North-East watering hole are marking National Pub Week by sampling locally-brewed real ale.
The Durham Brewery, whose beers are the tipple of choice for many regulars at the city's Woodman Inn, in Gilesgate, have laid on extra supplies for the annual celebration of "the local".
Licensee Paula Seed is staging the beer festival for the duration of pub week, which runs at the Woodman for ten days.
Beerson tap include special pump clip 'crowners', jigsaw beer mats, plus posters and quiz sheets. National Pub Week runs from Saturday February 19 to 26.
