FAMOUS faces from the world of television took to the stage at a North-East theatre last night for the start of a series of dramatic shows.
Murder mystery The Gentle Hook is playing at Darlington Civic Theatre until Saturday. It features Chris Ellison and Tony Scannell, who played Frank Burnside and Ted Roach in The Bill, as well as George Sewell, of The Detectives, and Gareth Hunt, who starred in The New Avengers.
