A MOORLAND farming family have failed in a second bid to build a home on their land.
J R Cussons and Son was refused permission to build a home at Woodside Farm, Wragby, in November, but renewed the application to this month's meeting of the North York Moors National Park Authority.
The scheme had been opposed by the parish council and the park's planning committee, because neither believe there is a genuine need for the house.
The Cussons had re-submitted the application because of several abstentions at the first planning decision.
