children can look forward to fun with kites during the half-term school holiday.
Enthusiast Kelvin Woods has an exhibition at Redcar's Kirkleatham Museum next week and will run sessions on how to make and fly kites.
His exhibition, Nature In The Sky, opens on Sunday.
Activities based on a circus-theme, have been organised by Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council's Museums Service all week.
Mr Woods has kite workshops on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. There is also a craft session on Friday making a circus acrobat puppet. Workshops are free and run 10am-noon and 1pm-4pm. Children must be accompanied by an adult. For more information call (01642) 479500.
