LAW firm Latimer Hinks has handled farm sales with a value of more than £3.2m in the past four months.
The Darlington firm said the achievement was against a challenging agricultural backdrop.
It said there were still opportunities in the market for agricultural land - despite major reforms to the Common Agricultural Policy that have created uncertainty in the UK farming community.
Latimer Hinks' success comes in the wake of the removal of the system of support for farm production and the introduction of a single payment scheme breaking the link between what farmers produced and the subsidy they received.
