HUNDREDS of visitors have flocked to see the annual appearance of snowdrops at a country house.
Two snowdrop and aconite walks at Kiplin Hall, near Richmond, have attracted more than 250 people.
Plant expert Michael Myers gave a short illustrated talk about the plants before visitors set off on a guided walk around the grounds of the seventeenth century hall.
On their return, walkers enjoyed hot chocolate and other refreshments in the hall, built as a hunting lodge in the early 1620s for George Calvert, Secretary of State to James I.
