THREE teenagers were fined by magistrates yesterday after admitting walking over the top of parked cars.
The 18-year-olds, all from Richmond, pleaded guilty to damaging a Vauxhall Astra on the town's Victoria Road at 3.30am on December 30.
Northallerton Magistrates were told how Lee White, with Mark Hotchkiss and Michael Ackroyd, had left a party and were walking through the town when they climbed on to the bonnet of the car and then the roof, leaving three dents.
The incident was recorded on CCTV footage. All three said yesterday the damage was due to drunken stupidity.
