VILLAGE and town halls across North Yorkshire will be hosting shows with an international flavour this spring.
Acts ranging from country musician Hank Wangford to exmaples of choreography and classical cabaret will appear as part of the On Tour scheme. The scheme, run by Rural Arts, is now in its 11th year.
Performances are held in venues including churches, sports clubs and village halls.
Angela Hall, director of Rural Arts said: "On Tour brings international performers into the heart of villages and communities across the region and is important in making cultural opportunities accessible to everyone.
"The scheme is extremely popular with new promoters being added all the time." Visit www.ruralarts.org for full details.
