A SERIES of social events are being planned for an agricultural support service and a young people's drop-in centre.
The Upper Teesdale Agricultural Support Services (Utass) and the Kirk Caryn House Young People's Drop-in centre, in Middleton-in-Teesdale, are planning the events over the coming weeks and months.
On Friday, there will be a disco for children aged 11 and under at Middleton-in-Teesdale Village Hall from 7pm to 9pm.
Male vocal comedy duo, Take This, will be performing at the village hall on Saturday evening.
Tickets cost £5 and £2.50 for children.
The Utass annual meeting takes place next Monday, at 7.30pm in the Moorcock Inn, Eggleston.
Retired vet Neville Turner will give a topical slide show after the meeting and a hot supper will be provided.
Young people from Kirk Caryn House are holding a karaoke evening at Norman Richardson House, in Middleton, on Saturday, April 16, from 8pm.
A buffet supper will be provided and tickets cost £2 in advance or £2.50 at the door.
Everyone is welcome to all the events.
