A UNIVERSITY challenge to find the region's most enterprising students begins today.
The event will pit two teams from each of the region's five universities against each other to foster entrepreneurial skills in students.
Each team will have to develop, plan and present a business strategy for a scenario they will be given on the day.
It is based on Yomp, a business training tool used at conferences.
The challenge is being supported by One NorthEast, law firm Dickinson Dees, New Venture and Newcastle University. It will take place at the university and the law firm's Newcastle office.
