INSPECTORS are to make unannounced visits to a £2m walk-in health centre.
Officials from the Darlington Patient and Public Involvement (PPI) Forum will visit the town's new walk-in centre at Dr Piper House.
They are part of the forum's monitoring role and will take place over a four-week period starting next week.
Forum chairman David Moyes said: "Darlington's walk-in centre is a vital resource for the local community. It is therefore very important that the PPI forum visits the centre at the earliest opportunity."
