A MOTOCROSS training day is being held on Good Friday.
Young people will be able to get expert advice on scramblers and quad-bike racing from professionals.
Bike aces Christian Burnam and Brad Anderson will be at Knitsey Mill Practice Track off the A693, near Consett, from 10am to 4pm.
Signed racing gear and helmets will be auctioned to raise money for the Willow Burn Hospice.
A raffle is being held to boost funds for the charity and refreshments will be available. It costs £25 to take part and people must use their own bike. Call Bikesport on 0191-232 8970 for details.
