POLICE are increasingly concerned about the welfare of a 35-year-old man who is missing.
Andrew Ellis Breeze was last seen by his wife at their Darlington home at about 8.30am on Wednesday as she left for work.
When she returned at lunchtime, he was missing and has not been seen since.
Police are concerned because Mr Breeze had been suffering from anxiety and depression.
He is 6ft 1in, stocky, with blue eyes and short, straight, light-brown hair and with a pale complexion.
He was wearing a distinctive green and purple fleece jacket.
Police believe he could be with his car, a red Renault Megane, registration number R147 OFT.
He is known to like the Grassholme and Blackton reservoir areas, in west Teesdale, but he could be anywhere.
People are asked to report any sightings of Mr Breeze or his car to the police, on 0846 6060 365.
