FOUR men have admitted charges of affray.
The four, who appeared at Teesside Crown Court, were Shaun Robert Hutchinson, 24, of Bright Street, Paul Michael Horsley, 20, Steven Edward Stephenson, 23, both of Yarm Road, and John Patrick Welch, 19, of Geneva Road, all Darlington.
They each pleaded guilty to a single charge of affray in relation to an incident in the town on September 17, which was captured on security cameras.
As pre-sentence reports were only available on three of the four defendants, Judge George Moorhouse adjourned the case for a date yet to be fixed.
Placing them on bail, he warned: "This is a serious matter and you could lose your liberty."
