FUNDRAISERS are being urged to stride for charity in a sponsored guided walk.
Highcliff Hike is a seven- mile walk in aid of Macmillan Cancer Relief starting at Guisborough Forest and Walkway Centre, in Pinchin-thorpe, east Cleveland.
It follows forest roads and tracks, passing many points of interest to Highcliff Nab.
This local landmark offers magnificent views over Teesside, east Cleveland and the coast and is well worth the climb to its 319m-high vantage point above Guisborough.
The event starts at 10am on Sunday, May 22, and registration fee is £5 for adults and £3 for under 16s, with under-twos free.
Take along suitable boots and clothing and a picnic if you wish.
Interested parties are asked to contact Wilma Burniston, fundraising manager at Macmillan Cancer Relief, on (01325) 370870.
