West Auckland manager Alan Shoulder feels one more win will be enough to escape relegation.
West have won just once in the league since the start of February and are seven points above the relegation zone with just four games left.
Shoulder, who had to play last week at Bedlington because several players were missing, said: "We keep giving away silly goals. Going forward we're as good as anybody and if we can get a win, then that should see us safe."
Midfielder Brian Nelson is suspended, but Dion Raitt, Andy Cole and Andy Gibson return.
Opponents Billingham Synthonia, who will be runners up to Dunston if they win, have a couple of injury doubts.
Tow Law, third bottom, face champions Dunston at Brandon.

Shildon are at Jarrow Roofing, who have climbed away from the bottom with two wins in the last week. Kurt Warburton, Phil Graham and Adam Reid have all left Shildon and with striker Garry Barnes returning after injury, they have 15 players to choose from.
Roofing are without defender Andy Davies because of injury, while Scott Garrett and Martin Thompson are unavailable.
Durham City manager Andy Toman could include himself in the squad at home to Billingham Town because of injuries at the Archibalds Stadium, while Town have an injury doubt over keeper Darren Collier, so they are hoping Mark Woolnough will deputise.
Esh Winning are without injured keeper Lenny French at home to Chester-le-Street, while midfielder Richie Paxton is also doubtful.
Chester, unbeaten in nine, are without striker Phil Bell.
Newcastle Benfield, who still have a chance of the runners-up spot, welcome back Dean Fuller after suspension for their home game with Ashington.
Whitley Bay will be without midfielder Leon Ryan because of suspension at home to Morpeth.
In the Second Division, Willington, the league's longest-serving club, will be relegated tonight if they lose at home to Prudhoe.
They've picked up just nine points all season and defeat today means that they won't be able to overtake Hebburn and Easington, the two clubs above them. While the league won't confirm the position for another week or so, Wearside League Darlington RA could replace them as their ground is understood to be very close to standard.
David Cook and Michael Hillary are both missing, but John Richardson returns.
Leaders West Allotment recall several players for their home game with Crook Town, their fourth game in seven days. Striker Darren Harrison is missing because of injury for Crook.
Northallerton, who have dropped out of the promotion positions in the last fortnight, are hoping that striker Craig Skelton will return for their tricky home game with Norton.
