A NURSERY has opened in the centre of Middlesbrough.
Great Expectations is the latest addition to Middlesbrough's network of childcare facilities and Mayor Ray Mallon officially opened the nursery yesterday.
It provides day care for up to 90 youngsters aged from 18 months to eight years, at the premises in Grange Road.
William Guthrie, who runs the nursery, said: "We set out with the aim of giving children a learning experience every step of the way and we have divided the nursery into dedicated learning zones, to reflect to a large extent the foundation stage areas of learning designed for pre-schoolchildren."
