A SPECIALIST technology college is to host a series of classes for adult learners.
Woodham Community Technology College, in Newton Aycliffe, will launch its adult education and family learning program for the summer term next week.
A 12-week information technology and computing (ICT) course will be held on Tuesdays, from 6pm to 8.30pm, there will be a free five-week course for beginners on Tuesdays, from 9am to 10.30am, and for families on Wednesdays, from 5.30pm to 7pm.
Hands-on with pictures - a guide to using a computer to store, alter and enhance images - will also be on Wednesdays, from 5.30pm to 7pm, and ICT will also be used for an introduction to family history, on Wednesdays, from 6pm to 8pm.
All ICT courses except Family eLearning have an extra membership charge of £5. For details or to enrol, contact Marie Oswald on (01325) 375482.
