A MENTAL health charity is using the worldwide web to reach more people.
The Redcar and Cleveland base for Mind is preparing to launch its own website, using artwork, music and video clips.
Funded by Skelton and Brotton Parish Council, the website will keep people up to date with mental health services in the area.
Website co-ordinator Nick Murray said: "It has taken a lot of hard work and commitment, but we hope people are happy with the result.
"The website is a logistical extension of the charity's newsletter, Mindflash.
News and events will be updated on a regular basis by a dedicated team.
BBC Radio Cleveland presenter Stewart McFarlane MBE will officially launch the site from the charity's centre, in Diamond Street, Saltburn, on Thursday, April 21.
Director of Redcar and Cleveland Mind Sharon Street said: "It is great news that, with new technology, we can reach more people."
The website will be available online from next Thursday at www.randcmind.org
