TEAMS are needed to take part in a pub quiz to raise money for research into a rare skin disease.
The event, on Saturday, June 11, at Darlington Football Club's Williamson Motors Stadium, is in aid of the Jonny Kennedy Appeal, which aims to find a cure for epidermolysis bullosa (EB).
The late Jonny Kennedy, an EB sufferer from Alnwick, Northumberland, appeared in an award-winning documentary about the condition.
Simon Robinson, 35, from Darlington, whose ten-year-old son, Sam, has EB, said: "The football club has very kindly given us the room for nothing for the event.
"It holds 250 people, so now we are looking for teams of four to take part, and we will be asking each team to raise £50."
To take part, call Mr Robinson on 0773 986 9737.
