AN estate agency in Teesside is pioneering "virtual" house viewing for customers.
Homes and Finance, based in Yarm, has invested in technology so customers can watch a slideshow projector presentation, which gives a detailed tour of each property.
Customers can watch the tour before they decide whether to book a viewing, thus minimising the number of unnecessary viewings and leading to faster sales.
All of the properties for sale at Homes and Finance are available to view on their website with a slightly scaled down tour of each room.
The estate agents also has user-friendly computers in the shop for customers.
Dave Bassett, managing director of Homes and Finance, said: "There are so many estate agents popping up all over the area and we wanted to make sure that we stood out from the crowd and went that little bit further for our customers."
